The library comprises 7,000 volumes on the topic games and playing.

The Archive's information pool consists of a reference library of around 7,000 volumes, several specialist magazines, a collection of catalogues, as well as a card index on publishers, authors, reviews, events and key words on the games topic.

The Archives most important information medium is its comprehensive data base, recording and classifying all games from the past decades. With the aid of specific search parameters, thematic games lists may be drawn up, and individual games may be easily identified and located on the shelves.

The library is open for users by previous telephone appointment. The data base and the games collection itself will not be accessible to the public for the time being.
